‘THIS OLD CONVENT’  has been restored with the specific goal of hosting small groups in mind. Our tastefully decorated complex which accommodates up to 24 persons in:

• Seven unique  apartments, containing a total of eight bedrooms (arranged as doubles or twins);
• En suite bathrooms for each bedroom – apartments IL RE, NOVE and DIECI have two bathrooms each (total – 10 bathrooms);
• Apartment living/dining areas have sleep-sofas for eight additional guests;
• Deluxe Swimming Pool (5 x 13.5 x 1.5 meters) and California Hot Tub;
• Neighboring rental apartments are also available for larger groups.

Authentic Italian Catering

Il Sole, our spacious common/dining room, has a dining capacity of forty persons. This space is at your disposal throughout your stay for dining and lounging. It is equipped with a large-screen TV (Italian cable) and DVD player.

Our well-equipped group kitchen, Il Cavaliere, is found adjacent to Il Sole. Here you may prepare meals or engage the talents of local chefs specializing in Umbrian cuisine. Fun-filled cooking lessons (a favorite option) can be arranged.

Dinning options – Il Sole, our piazza (200 square meters) with its spectacular vistas or our romantic 12th century courtyard . On September 24th of 2009, our wedding couple enjoyed dancing and dining under the stars. It was fabulous!
